The D6 Conference reserves the right to exclude or cancel the participation of an exhibitor or sponsor at any point before or during the conference including any benefits that extend beyond the actual event. We (the D6 Conference) are not liable for expenses beyond the cost of the booth rental space.



  • Where is the D6 Conference?

  • What is the booth size at the D6 Conference?

    A professional decorator will install each 8' deep x 10' wide booth.

  • What comes in the booth area?

    Blue/white/blue 8' tall x 10' wide back wall/drapes, 
    Beige 3' tall side drapes,
    one 2' x 8' x 30" skirted table,
    two folding chairs,
    Identification sign (7" x 44", 2 lines).

  • How many people are allowed to work in the booth?

    Up to three exhibitor passes will be issued for each individual booth space.

  • What if I need to cancel my booth space?

    Cancellations will be accepted until May 31, 2011.
    No refunds will be made after that date.

  • Can I attend any of the conference while being an exhibitor?

    Yes, you may attend the conference, but keep in mind as an exhibitor it is very important to keep your booth area attended during peak times of traffic.  Usually one person needs to be in the booth at all times while the exhibit area is open.

  • How many booth spaces may I purchase?

    2 booth standard booth spaces maximum.

  • When is set up and tear down times?

    Exhibitor move-in:  Wednesday, September 21, 2011 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
    Move-out:  Friday, September 23, 2011 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

  • Where do I unload and load my vehicle?

    Upon arrival at the Embassy Suites Frisco, please go to the conference center entrance, adjacent to the parking garage.  See Randy Walser for directions at that time.
